Return Policy

We care about each linen item we craft, so we aim to make our customers delighted with every single linen they receive. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the order, please return the package back within 30 days of the delivery.

Please make sure the items are in a perfect condition - unused, unwashed- and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued for the selling price, excluding shipping costs and additional taxes.
Please allow us 5-10 business days for the refund to be issued.

Note:

The Linen Valley does not accept returns of gift cards, cut fabrics and custom orders. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost coverage.

The order can be returned via buyer's selected courier. Please make sure the package is insured/registered in case of the loss or damage in transit. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
